Website Under Construction!

Good morning, just to let you know I have now started construction on my website! For the next few days it will be undergoing new transformation. Our business focus will be the root cause analysis of production problems in the manufacturing department.   1. dear redwood glad to find this new website already have a question for you. my company is currently installing a new foam extrusion line with laminate could you recommend the right tempature for the chrome stack rollers for the laminate?

  2. Dear Anonymous, assuming your using HDPS with only top laminate, and a gauge of foam sheet at .055 thousandths a good temperture setting would be top roll 180 degress, while the bottom roll setting would be 40 degress. With a nip presssure of 65 pounds.I hope this is use full redwood

  5. redwood, thanks for the info on that chrome stack situation. how about some info on heat profiles on the lam extruder? crystal, color consentrate will be used maybe a little flake that has yet to be evaluated
